These Terms apply to all services provided by AVS ISP, including but not limited to web hosting, IP rentals, dedicated servers, colocation services, virtual private servers (VPS), and BGP services (collectively, the "Services").     - You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Although we may provide backup services, we do not guarantee the availability or completeness of such backups.

  8. Payment and Billing

    - You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen Services. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
    - Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue invoices.
    - We reserve the right to charge you any and all fees or estimated fees that may be charged to us by payment providers or processors.
    - You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges arising from your use of our Services.

    By using our Services, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in a location of our choosing that may or may not have privacy protection laws similar to your jurisdiction.

    - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in activities that harm our operations or reputation. We also reserve the right to terminate or refuse service as we deem fit.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVS ISP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVS ISP, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

  13. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and registered account holders may be updated by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
